The Cheltenham Festival is the greatest jump race meeting in the world – it is quite simply the Olympic Games of National Hunt racing. Each of the four days is very special, culminating in jump racing’s showpiece finale, the Gold Cup, on Friday. There is no other event quite like it, set in the amphitheatre of the Cotswold Hills at the start of spring. As a provider of official hospitality at Cheltenham Racecourse we provide the best facilities at the best prices.

Our superb luxuriously appointed marquees are situated in the hub of the Tented Village, only 50 metres from the Guinness Grandstand and close to the Parade Ring and Grandstand. This is a hugely popular and great-value facility providing the ‘Cheltenham Experience’ – it is further enhanced by our popular celebrity tipster, John Francome. The free bar includes a selection of draught beers including Guinness.
Bookings of 2 upwards can be made with private company tables available for bookings of 8–12 guests.

"Long Run" Balcony Boxes
View the racing from the comfort of a balcony box, overlooking the final two fences and down towards the finishing straight. The boxes provide panoramic views of the stunning countryside surrounding the racecourse. Private boxes are available for 40 guests. Smaller bookings can be made for a minimum of 2 people with private tables available for 10 guests.
We are also able to provide Helicopter Transfers to and from Cheltenham Racecourse during the National Hunt week. For further information please do not hesitate to contact us.
