As an official provider of Ascot Hospitality, we are delighted to have secured the Pavilion on an exclusive basis for the most popular day of the entire racing season – Ladies Day at Royal Ascot.

Within the Pavilion lies a world of elegant sophistication. This historic building combines the heritage and elegance of Ascot with sweeping views across the Plaza towards the Parade Ring.

Royal Ascot is one of the world’s most famous horse race meetings and attracts thousands of people each year from all over the globe. It is internationally known as a magnificent sporting and social occasion, where tradition, pageantry and style all meet in one glorious setting. In light of the recent Royal wedding it is fully expected that the new Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be in attendance.

Private tables are available for parties of ten. Bookings for smaller groups will be seated on shared tables.
