Last season saw Tottenham return to the highest reaches of the European game. White Hart Lane proved a magnificent stage to witness the club advance to the knockout stages of the Champions League, despatching European greats AC & Inter Milan along the way.
Harry Redknapp will be looking for Spurs to build on an excellent couple of seasons and will hope that star British players such as Bale, Crouch, and Lennon, combined with the established foreign talent of Gallas, Modric and Van der Vaart, can take the club back into the Champions League and indeed Premier League title reckoning.
